1. Delivery Coverage Across Pakistan
PureVante offers nationwide delivery across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and all other major cities and towns in Pakistan. Whether you order skincare, wellness, or nail care products, we ensure your parcel reaches you safely and on time.
We work with trusted courier partners like Leopard Courier, TCS, and M&P to deliver your products securely.
2. Standard Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2-4 working days
- Other areas: 4-7 working days Delivery times may vary during holidays, sale periods, or due to weather or courier delays.
Our team always keeps you updated with your tracking number once your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000 across Pakistan. For orders below Rs. 3,000, a small delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
To make online shopping in Pakistan easier, PureVante offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across most areas. Please note:
- COD orders must be confirmed via phone or email before dispatch.
- Refusing a confirmed order without a valid reason may result in restriction of future COD service.
For prepaid or online payments, all transactions are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted payment gateway.
5. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once processed, you’ll receive an email or SMS notification confirming that your order has been dispatched along with tracking details.
6. Order Tracking
You can easily track your order status through our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your order number and email or phone number to see real-time updates.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. However, we’re working to expand our services to international markets soon. Stay tuned for updates via our official Instagram and Facebook pages.
8. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your parcel is delayed, misplaced, or damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Support Team within 3 days of expected delivery at mypurevante@gmail.com. We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and details are entered correctly at checkout. PureVante is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
