At Pure Vante, we’re committed to providing reliable, fast shipping across Pakistan so you can enjoy our luxury skincare, nail-care, wellness and intimate-care products with confidence. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, shipping charges, order processing and what to expect when you shop with us.

2. Delivery Areas

We ship to all major cities and towns of Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and more. For extremely remote or out-of-service areas, additional time may be required.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

· Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST on a working day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays, will be processed the next working day.

· Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email so you can monitor your parcel.

· We use trusted courier partners (e.g., TCS, Leopard Courier, M&P) to ensure safe delivery.

4. Delivery Time

· Standard delivery for major cities: 2-4 working days.

· For remote areas: 4-7 working days (or slightly more depending on regional courier logistics).

· Please Note: delays may occur due to weather, holidays or courier interruptions, for which we appreciate your patience.

5. Shipping Charges

· Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 3,000.

· Flat Rate Shipping: A shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies on orders below Rs. 3,000.

· Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.

6. Cash On Delivery (COD)

· We offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan.

· Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel.

· Repeated refusals or returned COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility.
