Pure Vante Refund & Return Policy (Pakistan)
At Pure Vante, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering authentic, luxury organic skincare and wellness products in Pakistan. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.
1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
We accept refunds and exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
· The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
· You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.
· Products that are damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
· Items purchased during sale or promotional campaigns are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Products
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:
· Intimate care products such as Vagisil Intimate Wash and Vag-T Tightening Gel.
· Opened or used skincare products like Akmi Anti-Acne Spray or Vitamin C Spray.
3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To start a return or refund request:
1. Email us at mypurevante@gmail.com with your order details.
2. Include clear pictures of the product and packaging (if damaged).
3. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your parcel to our warehouse in Pakistan.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and it meets our eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you made a Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase, we’ll issue your refund via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may ask for unboxing photos or videos to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, reach out to us at mypurevante@gmail.com
